Insight: Life is filled with events that impact our lives, we may choose to deal with them, bury them, forget about them, or pretend they did not even happen, but it doesn't change the fact the event happened.
Issue: I am constantly forgetting things. I used to have an amazing memory bet now I find myself forgetting things all of the time. How do I get my memory back?
Insight: When stressful things happen, it can hinder your memory. Also, when a person becomes overwhelmed or has a lot on their mind, that person would be more likely to become forgetful.
I strive to help others by being a safe place for others to ask questions and pose issues they face.
