Insight: Learning to change your reactions takes practice. It sounds like you are struggling with self control. The best way to work on self control is to start small. Work on self control over small things. For example, if you are trying to control road rage, try driving to work only saying positive things all the way. Once you can do this without focusing on it, move to a new area of your life that you need to increase your self control. Ask God for help in this area, God created us and He will be able to help you build this characteristic into your life.

Insight: God does answer all prayer, however not always in the way we may expect or want for that matter. We may be praying for good weather and God may let us have rain which is "good" for crops. God answers prayer according to His will. If you are praying for something that will harm you in the long run God is not going to give it to you. He loves you and wants what is best for you.
When we pray one thing we need to do is be specific. If you ask for blessings, God's idea of blessing may be different from yours and you may not recognize that He has answered. Sometimes His answer is "Wait", however in our society where everything is based on convenience this is not the answer we want. Just remember God loves you and He wants the very best for your life, so if His answer is "No", "Maybe" or "Wait", be patient because His best for us far outweighs our own. Insight: God created us as relational beings. He created us in His image, He is also a relational being. God is three persons, this is because God is relational. If God was one person than He would have created us to be in isolation because God created us in His image. God wants us not only to be in relationship with Him, but with our families, friends and the world around us. Do not let the enemy win and convince you that there is nothing wrong with isolation. It is in isolation when we have the greatest sense of loneliness, anxiety, fear, and depression. We need others, just the same way they need us.
Insight: I have felt this way myself. In my life I find that delegating tasks to someone else can help. Asking for help from others is another great way to get things done quickly and efficiently. Another thing I like to do is make a to do list then prioritize the tasks, handling them one at a time. Focus on the most important and work your way down. Then you are not feeling so overwhelmed and I find it is easier to accomplish tasks one at a time than to try them all at once. If you are feeling overwhelmed by things other than tasks, then it may be time for you to give some of your worries and concerns over to God. Worrying has no purpose, can we change anything about the future by worrying about it? No. God knows the future, give these worries and concerns over to Him and focus on the things you can actually do something about.
