Insight: I have felt this way myself. In my life I find that delegating tasks to someone else can help. Asking for help from others is another great way to get things done quickly and efficiently. Another thing I like to do is make a to do list then prioritize the tasks, handling them one at a time. Focus on the most important and work your way down. Then you are not feeling so overwhelmed and I find it is easier to accomplish tasks one at a time than to try them all at once. If you are feeling overwhelmed by things other than tasks, then it may be time for you to give some of your worries and concerns over to God. Worrying has no purpose, can we change anything about the future by worrying about it? No. God knows the future, give these worries and concerns over to Him and focus on the things you can actually do something about.

Insight: I myself have had times in my life when I have felt overwhelmed. I find that talking about it helps me see what exactly is causing me to feel overwhelmed and I can address it. I also try to delegate tasks that I can, for the tasks I can't delegate, I then prioritize them. I think about what is the most urgent of the things on my plate and I do them in order of urgency. Once I get some of the more urgent items off my plate it is much easier to bear the rest of it. I have also found that prayer can help in these times of feeling overwhelmed. God can give us the strength to deal with everything we need to and he can give us the wisdom to prioritize well. Lastly, comparing yourself to others is taking your focus off what needs to be done and causes added anxiety where there doesn't need to be any. Place your focus on God and the tasks before you and you will find less anxiety. We are all unique with unique gifts, so trying to compare ourselves to others is like comparing apples to oranges, there is just no comparison.
